Public Posting Statement – Legal Notice

This website serves as a lawful and constructive notice platform for public declarations, historical land rights, and private trust records associated with the estate commonly known as 44 Jesse Lee Drive, Easton, Connecticut.

Legal Intent and Notice: The documents published herein are part of the permanent corpus of the Christian Generational Estate Trust and are posted for:

  • Fulfilling lawful notice and rebuttal obligations
  • Establishing constructive notice of land title, rights, and trust status
  • Documenting due process, lawful contract, and original claim

All notices are protected under:

  • The First, Fifth, Ninth, and Tenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution
  • The Civil Rights Act of 1866 (14 Stat. 27–30)
  • The Treaty of Peace and Friendship (1787)
  • Common law rights to contract and hold private property free from trespass

Independent Genealogical Validation: Historical chain-of-title research was commissioned from a Certified Genealogist. The final report confirms continuity of private land ownership from early Fairfield settlers through the present, and corroborates the colonial origins of the parcel associated with 44 Jesse Lee Drive.

Posting Timeline and Effect: Documents posted shall remain visible for no less than 61 calendar days. Any failure to rebut a posted declaration within this time shall constitute a waiver of all adverse claims.
